  1. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsors Participation  
  • each participant will fill in the registration form.

  1. PhD Students – 30 euro 
  • PhD students are required to provide a certificate confirming their status.

  • the participation fee does not include the gala dinner. If you wish to attend the gala dinner, please pay the optional fee. 
  1. Other Optional Fees: 

Accompanying persons’ participation in conference days. The fee includes the conference materials package, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and the welcome reception – 50 euro 

Participation in the gala dinner – 60 euro 

Conference materials package – 30 euro 

The participation fee is non-refundable. This policy applies to accompanying persons as well.

In order for payments to be processed, the bank transfer must contain the following information: 

Conference C70 – Faculty of Construction, article code, name. 

Validating your registration for the event requires completing the registration form and providing a copy of the bank transfer or payment order as confirmation following the instructions received via email after filling out the form. 

Please be aware: 

For the paper to be published, the following conditions must be met: 

  1. The paper must be registered, and the participation fee must be paid. 
  1. The Extended Abstract of 2 pages must adhere to the conference format. 
  1. The deadline for fee payment is October 20, 2023. 
  1. In case of fee payment after October 20, the fee for each participant will increase by 100 lei. 

B.) On-Site Payment  

The participation fee can also be paid in cash on the day of the event, directly at the conference secretariat. 

The on-site fee is 500 lei. 

* The paid participation fee is non-refundable. This policy also applies to accompanying persons. 

** The participation fee includes the publication of 2 papers in the conference volume. Additional papers will incur additional charges. 

*** The gala dinner will take place at the Grand Hotel Italia on November 9, 2023, starting at 7:30 PM.
